Next Stop...Nanaimo

Stopping to smell the flowers.

After Salt Spring, Isabelle and Daddy headed up to Nanaimo to visit Baachin and Jiichan. I met up with them there. It's been a while since I've spent over 8 hours away from Isabelle so it was weird seeing her again. It was quiet around the house but I really missed her.

The same day we arrived, Cousin Emma came up from Victoria with her Mommy. Emma was staying the week with Baachin so it was great that Isabelle had a chance to play with her. Emma is 3 years older than Isabelle and she played really well with her. Emma was very thoughtful and shared everything with Isabelle and she even drew her some nice pictures. The most fun they had was running and skipping around on the sun deck because Isabelle would try to imitate everything Emma would do.
